I had one of the best martinis in quite a while. All the staff were wonderful. The room was clean and large. I really like the chair with the foot stool.

The hotel is very comfortable and the dining room staff is EXCELLENT! Friendly and accomodating, and the food was hot and fresh. I had requested an "upper level" room so I could get a view, but it wasn't ready so they put me on a lower 2nd level floor. After I got settled, I opened the drapes and I was looking at a wall. Seriously, a wall. Rather than ask for a move since I was already settled, I stayed. It was okay in the long run, but they were unable to give me a credit for the extra I paid for the upper floor. They were really nice about it, but said I have to contact booking.com for a refund.

Kalpesh, the front desk team member, was AMAZING. I think he may have been a manager because he was so professional. The hotel was packed and also has a wedding reception in progress. It was crazy busy but he kept cool and helped me in a professional manner

Did not eat breakfast. One bottle of water for two days and coffee for both mornings were all that was given us in our stay. There were two of us in the room and if I had booked the room on a nightly basis at least I would have received one more bottle of free water. But I would call this poor hospitality and a very poor value for the amount that had to pay .

Loved the Lobby area. Great gathering spot. The Sweetwater Bar & Grill was a very relaxed atmosphere eating & socializing with delicious food.

We’ve stayed here every time we’re in McKinney. We like how it’s located to different places to eat. We also love the gym facilities. And the location is always very clean.

The hotel is well designed with modern style. The room was very spacious with high ceiling, very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was good with a wide enough product selection. We will come back with no hesitation.

Lovely breakfast. Quiet hotel. Very comfortable bed in very comfortable room. Easy access to Dallas' labyrinthine highway system. No hassle checkin & checkout. Modestly priced for such a nice & popular property.
